Anusha L H is an experienced ADAS Algorithm Developer with a focus on Radar Signal Processing, Advanced Fusion, and Tracking algorithms. She is currently working at s. m. s. smart microwave sensors gmbh as a Software Engineer, where she is involved in the development of Radar Signal Processing tool chains, including peak detection, clustering, association techniques, fusion, and tracking methods for FMCW Radar. Anusha has extensive experience in tracking algorithms, including LKF, UKF, EKF, Interactive Multiple Model (IMM), and Extended Object Tracking (EOT), and fusion techniques, such as Optimal, CI, and ICI. She has also worked on interference mitigation techniques for FMCW and pulse doppler radars and optimization of vehicle dynamics using low-cost GPS and RANSAC methods. Anusha has experience in descriptive behavior simulation of Radar sensors, which is used to test complex ADAS algorithms. She has worked on the Traffic Persistence Model (TPM) to maintain or retain tracks in vulnerable scenarios like Stop and Go. Her project aimed to exploit track similarity to match tracks with the detections based on radar measurement-derived features like RCS, track acceleration/deceleration nature, etc. Anusha has previously worked at Continental as a Technical Architect, where she focused on Radar 360 environmental model mainly focused on cluster-level fusion and tracking of multiple radar data to get 360-degree environmental perception. She has also worked as a Project Intern at the Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS), where she worked on Space-Time Adaptive Signal Processing, which involves the detection of small, slow-moving targets by airborne surveillance radar. Anusha holds a Master’s Degree in Intelligent Systems from PES Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engg., Mysore. She has a tech stack that includes Software Engineering, C, CNN, ML, Neural Networks, Integration, and Java. With 9.20 years of relevant experience, Anusha is a highly skilled ADAS Algorithm Developer with expertise in Radar Signal Processing, Advanced Fusion, and Tracking algorithms.
